5. Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in Euro (€) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

When you place an order through our website, it constitutes an offer to purchase our services. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is not confirmed until we issue you a written confirmation by email.

We make every effort to ensure that pricing on our website is accurate. If an error is discovered in the price of a service you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold services until payment has been received in full.

For account customers or bespoke service agreements, payment terms will be set out in a separate written agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer purchasing services through this website, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the date of purchase under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at info@sprattlogistics.com with a clear statement of your wish to cancel.

If you have requested that services begin during the cancellation period and you subsequently cancel, you may be required to pay for the services provided up to the point of cancellation.

Please note that the right of cancellation does not apply where services have been fully performed with your prior consent and acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the services have been fully carried out.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will process it using the same payment method used for the original transaction within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Refunds may be reduced to reflect any services already provided.

Business Customers

If you are a business customer, cancellation and refund terms will be governed by the terms of your service agreement with Spratt Logistics. The statutory consumer cancellation rights described above do not apply to business-to-business transactions.

8. Delivery and Performance

We will make every reasonable effort to fulfil services within any estimated timelines provided. However, delivery and performance times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Spratt Logistics shall not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If your order includes physical delivery of goods, risk in the goods shall pass to you upon delivery. We will notify you if we become aware of any unexpected delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spratt Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of this website or our services.
