About Us

About Us

Our History

Originally formed as Spratt Transport Services and Spratt Personal Shipping before rebranding in 2024 as Spratt Logistics, the late Paddy Spratt (Snr) founded Spratt Transport Services as a sole trader in 1990, initially starting the business offering a haulage service to local freight forwarders in Dublin. Paddy expanded the business throughout the years, eventually opening the business’s own first warehouse facility in Dublin in 2009 which enabled us to be in a position to offer a vast new range of warehousing services to our growing customer base with our transport services already provided.

As the business grew, a shipping side to the business was formed in Spratt Personal Shipping by Pady Spratt (Jnr) which enabled the business to be in a position to offer the complete package to our clients. In early 2014 a limited company was formed as Spratt Logistics Limited. Since Paddy’s untimely passing in late 2014, Paddy’s son’s Pady (Jnr) and Sam Spratt now own and operate the family run company and have kept up with the tradition of constantly aiming for further growth and expansion whilst also keeping up with modern trends and technology in the fast growing Logistics industry.
